In POC, you can document a task for a group of residents, instead of individually in the resident care record. You can click a Quick Entry icon and document for each resident in the group.
Click a Quick Entry icon.
For the resident indicated in blue, complete the fields as required.
Click Save & Next. You see the next resident in the list, indicated in blue.
Document for each resident until everyone in the list is green (complete).
Note
When documenting through Quick Entry, you might not have the information available for every resident in the group. If you do not want to document for the resident indicated in blue, select another resident in the list.
