Navigating the Resident Event Calendar Quick Reference Guide
This quick reference guide contains items required to navigate the Resident Event Calendar.
Item Number | Item Name | Description |
1. | Calendar tab | Click to open the resident calendar. |
2. | Show Cancelled Events check box | Shows cancelled events. |
3. | Day, Week, and Month button | Click to show the calendar by day, week, or month. |
4. | Agenda button | Click to show a list of scheduled events. |
5. | New button | Click to create a new resident event. |
6. | Calendar, CSV, PDF button | Click to print the calendar in calendar, CSV, or PDF format. |
7. | Show Events filter | Click to filter the events on the calendar. |
8. | Today and Arrows buttons | Click to show the current date in yellow or use the arrows to navigate to past or future dates. |
9. | Event name | Shows the scheduled event. |
