Creating Personal/Community Resident Events

You can schedule personal or community events for residents. Resident events include doctor and therapist appointments, visits from friends and family, barber and beauty shop appointments, personal activities, outings, and participation in other facility events.

Creating Personal Events

Note

Personal events scheduled on the resident's calendar appear in light green.

Steps

  1. Clinical > Resident > Calendar icon.
  2. Click New.

Tip

Double-click a time to open the New Event Scheduling window.

  1. Complete the fields as required.
  2. Click Save.


Creating Community Events

The Resident Event Calendar allows you to schedule community events for residents. Community events examples include birthday celebrations, holiday events, group outing events, bingo events, and doctor visits.

Note

Community events scheduled on the community calendar appear in dark green.

Steps

  1. Clinical > Calendar.

  2. Click New.

    Tip

    Double-click a time to open the new event scheduling window.

  3. Complete the fields as required.

  4. Click Save.
