How are Tasks created for documentation?

When you select the residents’ level of assistance the system will automatically Trigger the NEW ADL Task. These New ADL Task will also be link and triggered in your resident Care Plan.

After Completing the Assessment you can activate the triggered items “Task/intervention” from the resident Task or Care plan.

 

Example no1:

*Click on Tasks in the resident chart

*Then click View Triggered Items Now 

*Review for accuracy 

*Press Select All then Save

The Selected Task are now Active in the Resident Task and Care Plan.

Example No2:

*Go to Care Plan

*Click edit 

*Click add Items now

*Select All or select what your need you May or May not need.

*Then Save

Note: these are triggered by the Assessment

These selected triggers are now active in the resident care plan and task.

Pencil  Icon indicates Task will be documented by the CNAs          

  The KIcon means Task will appear on the Kardex

The New task will automatically generate the residents’ level of assistance as it appear on the Kiosk for the CNA documentation, limiting the room for error.

 

Also the ADL New Task will now trigger a warning for the CNA to review their documentation if they were to document less than what the resident is Care plan for.

For example: the resident is care plan for Bed Mobility Extensive Assist with 2 Staff. If the CNA document the resident is limited assistance or one staff the following alert will appear. - Resident is care planned for x2 Extensive Assist (3/3) Please review documentation and correct or acknowledge warning and notify nurse of resident improvement.
