Electronic Prescription Report
Provides a report of failed and/ successful electronic transmissions to the pharmacy. Run this report at the end of every shift to ensure that all orders have been sent to the pharmacy. Failed orders must be printed and faxed to the pharmacy.

Orders - Reports - Pharmacy Admission
Provides a report to communicate to pharmacy basic demographic information about each resident admitted and the resident's diagnosis, allergies, current medications, and names of care providers.
Procedure
Clinical > Reports > Pharmacy Admission.
Set Filters.

This report is unique because it is more than just a report; running it only generates and shows data since it was last generated. If you need to re-generate any, select the Include All Residents Admitted Since check box and enter date.
Best Practice - Run the report daily as needed to communicate to the pharmacy any new admissions.

Orders - Reports - Pharmacy Discharge
Provides a report for pharmacy with the same information as the admission record, and includes the time or date of discharge or transfer and the location to which the resident was discharged.

Orders - Reports - Printed Prescriptions
This is a report specifically created for New York State. You can select which active orders for a resident to print onto the official state prescription paper. The output is text only formatted to populate the specific state required paper stock.

A filter option allows you to choose the prescribing practitioner. When selected that provider name populates onto the report.
This report can be viewed as a unit-specific or floor-specific report.
Best Practice - Prescriptions can be printed on specialized paper on an as needed basis.
Orders - Reports - Orders Listing Report
You can use the Orders Listing Report to generate a listing or orders with as little or as much detail as you want based on criteria you select to filter or view.
Procedure
Clinical>Reports>Order Listing Report
To generate the report for a specific resident, enter the resident name or number directly in the fields or search using the magnifying glass icon that appears to the right of each field. Or leave blank for All Residents.
If generating for multiple residents, select a unit from the Unit list and or floor from the Floor list. You can also leave one or both as All.
Select a resident status from the Status list to filter the report by active residents only, discharged residents only, or both active and discharged residents.
In the Sort By list select to sort the report by: Resident Name, Resident Number, Location, Order Category/Type/Desc, Order Description, Order Type, Order Type Sequence.
Select desired Report Output Format: HTML or PDF.
Select desired Filter Options check boxes.
Select Field To Display as column headings.
Run Report

Maximum report width is 752 characters; based on the number of filters you select, you can exceed the 752 character limit and receive a warning message. Consider running multiple reports for the information needed.
Best Practice - Run the report on an as needed basis for a detailed list of your residents orders
Orders - Reports - Drug Record Book *New*
When users receive in medications manually or by scanning the system records the date, time and user who completed this function. In addition, if the supply is updated, the system also records the quantity of supply that was received. This information can be helpful in reconciling pharmacy deliveries if needed and can be retrieved by generating the Drug Record Book *New* report.
