Signing In and Signing Out 

of PointClickCare

To access PointClickCare, you must login using our secure login process. Logging into PointClickCare is quick and easy and can be accessed with the most recent versions of the following supported browsers: Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla-Firefox, and Apple Safari. Signing off ensures your PointClickCare session is securely closed.

Note

Remember, PointClickCare does not set or reset passwords. If you have a question about your password, contact your system administrator. If you cannot login to PointClickCare from your personal device or from a computer outside your facility or community, also contact your system administrator. 

Procedure

Signing In

  1. Open your internet browser.
  2. Enter the web address https://login.pointclickcare.com/home/userLogin.xhtml 
  3. Type your org code prefix, a period, and user name. grnd.kjohnson

  1. Type your Password.
  2. Select Remember the org code prefix.
  3. Click Login. The PointClickCare home page appears.

Signing Off

  • From anywhere within PointClickCare, click Sign off.

Hints and tips

  • To read instructions on how to bookmark the page or save it to Favorites, click Bookmark this Login Page.
  • To read troubleshooting tips on login issues and error messages, click Login Trouble?.
  • After exceeding the maximum number of unsuccessful attempts configured, your login is disabled for security reasons and is reactivated in 5 minutes.
